How to proceed
- Solve the problem: First resolve the buyer's actual issue
- Ask nicely: "I'm glad we found a solution. Would you consider revising the feedback?"
- Request revision: Through "My eBay" → "Feedback" → "Request revision"
- Buyer gets a link: They can then change the feedback

- You have limited revision requests per number of transactions
- Use them sparingly — only for reviews that are truly unfair
- NEVER offer money for a change — that's prohibited
